After one week i begun to watch him and started repeating everything he did. you may not believe me, but i could not exercise for more then 15 minutes. i was feeling terrible pain in to my muscles, especially my ab muscles. they were throbbing like my heart. i will tell you one exercise you should try out and you will understand what I’m am talking about. if you do this exercise for only 15 minutes, i guarantee you the same result.
1. lay down on your back
2. lift your leg up, vertically to reach 90%
3. Lower down your legs very slowly (It must take 2 minutes)

In 20 minutes you can repeat this exercise 10 times. I bet you simply can’t do it in your first day. This exercise is for your Abs. Just remember, if you just want to exercise, then whatever exercise you want, but if you plan to get results from your exercises then you must concentrate on exercises which is very focused on your muscles. Almost forgot to tell you that you must eat natural food nearly the time. Remember, What you eat is what you get. :)
